This cookbook is intended to be used in conjunction
with the book Breaking the Vicious Cycle. The book
has 162 pages and is spiral bound. It has recipes in
categories including but not limited to salads, soups,
meats, seafood, vegetables, baked goods and snacks.
The book includes some Indian recipes.

Raman Prasad began organizing recipes for the Specific
Carbohydrate Diet in 1999 that had been collected from
mailing lists on the subject. Over time, in addition
to the online recipes, recipes were gathered from family
and friends who had prepared meals for the diet.
